My husband and I experienced our first AFL grand final with a package purchased through yourselves. This belated note is to say we had a fabulous time – of which a significant contributor was the excellent service provided by yourselves. While we don’t know the names of the staff we dealt, we do know that on every occasion we had cause to contact your office, either by email or by phone, the service received was courteous, professional and helpful. The experience of collecting the package the day prior was the most well organised collection process I’ve ever seen, and the fact that someone took the time to check and then explain the contents of the ‘goodie’ box was truly appreciated.
This email is to thank you for all your help with arranging the AFL GF package for us. We had a marvellous time, and everything was great: (1) loved the GF breakfast, (2) accom was good, excellent location, (3) seats were awesome - so glad you advised us to sit in the pocket and not on the wing, as we were in shade all day which was much appreciated. All in all - a great "bucket list" memory for each of us, so many thanks again, you did a great job.

I must write a note of praise regarding your management of our Series Pass. We were so impressed by the whole process of being informed of when tickets would arrive, (and they did precisely as promised), the information updates were regular, and the Grand Final Package arrived at our home safely in the hands of our Postie who came back to our address 3 times on the day of delivery to make sure that we were here to sign for it. We were never in doubt that everything would happen smoothly, as your organisation performed so professionally - and just wanted to let you know, and thank your staff for the excellent manner in which the Finals Program unravelled for us.
Just wanted to give you our feedback re your Ultimate experience package. My husband and I could not recommend it highly enough to anyone contemplating it in the future! From the moment we arrived at the Atlantic at Crown it was well organised, the players in attendance were approachable happy to stand and chat have photos taken and mingled through the crowd as willing participants rather than hunted prey! To have our photo with Boomer Harvey and the Premiership cup before the match 'amazing'. I sat across from Scott Pendlebury during lunch and what a lovely fellow explaining how the draw works and going through explaining facts and stats through the football record during lunch and being really interested in answering the random and probably silly questions asked. The food was amazing then the transport and entry into the ground well organised and thought out. Thank you to you and your team to a day that we will remember forever and money well spent on a priceless experience!
