Grand Final Series Pass Conditions

Please carefully read these conditions as they form the basis for the AFL Event Office (AFLEO) accepting all reservations.

  • Access to weeks 1-3 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Finals Series

    Grand Final Series Pass holders are entitled to one (1) ticket per package to attend one (1) match in each week of the 2019 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

    The ticket will provide the holder with admission and a Category 3 reserved seat (printed on the ticket) to the chosen match. There is no further purchase required through the venue ticket agents.

  • Redeeming and Obtaining your ticket for Weeks 1-3 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Finals Series

    All Grand Final Series Pass holders will be required to register for their ticket(s) via an online portal. Finals Series registration each week is available during a strictly limited time period. These times will be communicated to you prior to Week 1 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Final Series.

    IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER FOR YOUR TICKET VIA THIS PROCESS AND BY THE DEADLINE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TICKET FOR THAT WEEK'S MATCH. UNREDEEMED TICKETS CANNOT BE USED IN SUBSEQUENT WEEKS ie IF A TICKET IS NOT REDEEMED FOR WEEK 1, IT CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO WEEK 2.

  • Ticket allocation and category for Weeks 1-3 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Finals Series

    Tickets for Weeks 1-3 will be allocated on a best available basis in Category 3 across all venues where finals matches are held in the 2019 Toyota AFL Finals Series, regardless of what category of seating you have purchased for the 2019 Toyota AFL Grand Final. The location in which your seat will be allocated will be dependent on the venue and will be confirmed at the time of registering for your ticket(s).

  • Transferability of Tickets

    If you are unable to utilise any ticketing element of your Grand Final Series Pass you can transfer it to a friend, relative or colleague for use on your behalf, however registrations for Week 1-3 tickets can only be made by the Grand Final Series Pass holder.

    Under no circumstance are any ticketing elements of the Grand Final Series Pass to be on-sold or re-sold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without express permission of the AFL. Severe penalties apply for any breach of these guidelines.

  • Lost tickets

    If a ticket(s) have been lost, they will only be reprinted with authorisation from the Grand Final Series Pass holder. A request to reprint a ticket must be addressed to info@afleventoffice.com.au as soon as possible. Once tickets are reissued, there will be no circumstance in which the original ticket(s) will be admitted to the match

  • Wheelchair and carer position or accessible seating

    If a wheelchair and carer position or accessible seating is required for any of the Week 1-3 matches, Grand Final Pass holders must advise at the time of their request for tickets, as per the process to be confirmed prior to Week 1 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Final Series.

    Wheelchair spaces are limited and will be subject to availability.

  • Standard AFL ticketing terms and conditions

    All Grand Finals Series Pass tickets are subject to our standard ticketing terms and conditions:

    • Ticket(s) may not, without the prior written consent of the AFL, be resold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.
    • If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
    • The AFL Grand Final is a Declared Event under the provisions of Major Sporting Events Act 2009 (Vic), a breach of which may be an indictable offence and allows the ticket to be cancelled.
